Efetobore Monika Onyedikachi is a passionate child advocate, social impact leader, and the Founder of Mummy Marho’s Foundation, an organization dedicated to transforming the lives of vulnerable children, teenagers, and young people through access to education, care, mentorship, and opportunities.

Her passion for protecting children was born from a deep understanding of the struggles faced by those who experience neglect, abuse, instability, and educational barriers.

 

Having encountered difficult experiences during her own childhood journey, Efe understands the importance of compassion, support, and creating safe environments where every child can feel valued, protected, and empowered.

 

To Efe, children are not defined by their circumstances but by their potential. She believes every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, dream, and become the best version of themselves. Her love for children is reflected in the joy she finds in their laughter, curiosity, creativity, and the unique energy they bring into the world.

 

Through Mummy Marho’s Foundation, Efe is committed to ensuring that vulnerable children, especially those affected by street life and limited access to opportunities, receive the stability, care, education, and life skills needed to build a brighter future. She believes that children experiencing homelessness or disadvantage require more than academic support—they need a nurturing ecosystem that addresses their emotional, social, physical, and developmental needs.

 

With over two decades of professional experience across diverse corporate environments, Efe has developed strong leadership, management, and organizational skills that have strengthened her ability to drive sustainable social impact. Beginning her professional journey as a teenager, she developed resilience, determination, and empathy—qualities that now fuel her mission to create pathways of hope for others.

 

Her work is guided by faith, compassion, and the conviction that every life has purpose. Through her leadership, Mummy Marho’s Foundation continues to provide safe spaces, educational support, digital empowerment, mentorship, and skills development for underserved children and young people.

 

Efe’s vision is to raise a generation of purpose-driven leaders—young people equipped with knowledge, confidence, character, and values to positively impact their communities and the world.

 

She believes that when a child is given stability, opportunity, and the right support system, their circumstances do not have to determine their future.
