Boxing Day Give-Aways

December 26th Celebration

Being a child is for a short while but being an adult is for a lifetime” a popular Mummy Marho's adage.

Childhood memories is what influences future outcomes of an adult, that is why at our “Boxing Day Giveaways” we use the opportunity to influence great memories and ignite the zeal of each child, teen or youth, no matter thier background and/or living conditions; to be a better version of themselves each year.

Each year we introduce different forms of entertainment while supporting the event with donated food, drinks, used clothing, used shoes and used toys.

Field Trips

Our field trips are in various phases, crafted differently for all beneficiaries. The Foundation celebrates these trips by picking a location/organization and the children and youths are taken on the excursion.

These trips however, are made possible when kind-hearted individuals, corporate bodies and organizations invites or sponsors our Foundation for these visits.

Our International Youth Celebration

The International Youth Day has never been celebrated in any community in Nigeira. It has always been a campus (University or College) event.

Our Foundation seeing this gap, decided to celebrate underserved youths between the ages of 13 – 25 who fend for not only themselves, but also their immediate families.

The event is a platform for the youths to showcase their creativity in order to give them the much needed encouragement to know they are actually major players in the development of a safe and prosperous society.

Selected underserved youths are enrolled into various Sustainable Empowerment Programs; where they are taught Digital skills, Digital Marketing, Etiquette, Performing Arts, Financial Literacy and Vocational Life Skills.

Every August, we celebrate the international youth's day with community talks on how to be relevant in the community. We bring seasoned speakers who talk on diffrent topics that help their personal and educational development.

Due to abuse, negligence, neglect and ignorance of these young ones, many have built a strong force of being violent to protect themselves from more exploitation.

At the Mummy Marho’s Foundation, we carefully address these issues by showcasing what life can really become through our field trips and excursions, thereby improving their mental health.
